The support ministries of Northern Youth Programs are the combined efforts of the Business Office and Headquarters. The office handles the administrative, financial, and public relations roles to help the rest of the organization run smoothly. Headquarters provides maintenance, mechanic, guesthouse, and staff lodging services. The staff is also involved in a weekly ministry at Eagle Lake First Nation, as well as assisting with the ministries of other units.
